Dr Shriya Mahatme is a dedicated geriatrician in public and private practice in the Illawarra. She is able to provide comprehensive care for older persons with a range of concerns, including delirium, cognitive decline, falls, polypharmacy and multimorbidity. She has an interest in geriatric oncology and is able to provide comprehensive geriatric assessments for older oncology patients. 

Dr Mahatm believes in providing evidence based care and is actively involved in medical education for trainees, including as a Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the University of Wollongong. She is also involved in the NSW Division of the Australia and New Zealand Society of Geriatric Medicine.
