Daniel understands the impact that an orthopaedic problem can have on any individual, whether they are professional or amateur sports people or just people who want to enjoy their activities of daily living. He believes that non-surgical interventions should be considered before surgical options where appropriate.
He has taken a keen interest in encouraging patients to achieve better health through the use of exercise and diet prior to undertaking surgery for joint replacements and has links and useful advice to empower patients to undertake this. Daniel is committed to offering all of his patients personalised care with an emphasis on a strong doctor – patient partnership built on mutual trust and confidence.

He was awarded the Sir George Bedbrook Prize in Orthopaedics in 2005 through the University of Western Australia. He trained locally in Western Australia then was awarded Fellowship Training in Sydney, Canberra and London. Daniel has had the good fortune to train with some of the professions’ best surgeons, including Professor James Calder at Fortius Clinic, London, whose clients include Premier League Footballers, England Rugby & Premiership, the English National Ballet and Great Britain Athletics.
