Previously I was Senior Staff Specialist in Urology at the Dubbo Base Hospital for 3 years before commencing in Port Macquarie in February 2009. Originally from Singapore, I read medicine at the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom and graduated in 1990. Surgical training followed and I acquired the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, then accreditation as a Urologist in Singapore as well as with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS-Urology) and en-route had a very fruitful year as a Post-Graduate Fellow at Westmead Hospital Sydney, concentrating in laparoscopic urological surgery.

I enjoy all aspects of urology with particular interest in stone management and am also skilled in laparoscopic techniques (for example laparoscopic nephrectomy). Certainly I have full confidence in managing the full range of urologic pathology.
