Sarah subsequently went on to be awarded the Commonwealth Fellowship at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in London UK completing further fellowships in complex arthroplasty, limb salvage and tumour surgery as part of the London Sarcoma Service and Joint Replacement Unit. This opportunity afforded her the opportunity to work within the surgical teams and work in many well regarded hospitals including Northwick Park Hospital, The Brompton Hospital, The Royal Marsden Hospital, The Royal Free Hospital and both The Harley Street Clinic and The London Clinic. Upon completing her fellowship she earned her Postgraduate Diploma (MIPDEd) in Orthopaedic Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh and took up a Consultant post at RNOH until returning to Australia .
