Waverley Private Hospital would like to introduce Dr Sarah Hunt, obstetrician, and gynaecologist with subspeciality training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Sarah completed her medical degree at Monash University in 2007 and after decided to pursue a career in women’s health, in 2011 she commenced specialty training in obstetrics and gynaecology. Sarah completed her training in Victoria at Monash Health, Eastern Health, and the Mildura Base Hospital, and then pursued an additional three years of subspecialty training in reproductive endocrinology, infertility and reproductive surgery and is now a certified subspecialist (CREI).

During her training, Sarah also completed a Masters in Reproductive Medicine and is currently undertaking a PhD in the School of Clinical Sciences at Monash University. She holds a public appointment at Monash Health and Monash Children’s Hospital which allows her to contribute to the training of future doctors and women’s health specialists.

As a specialist obstetrician and gynaecologist with and interest in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, Sarah is excited to provide informed and empathetic care to women from adolescence through to menopause.

Sarah genuinely cares about her patients and will create time and space to get to know and understand them and ensure that they feel supported and empowered to play an active role in decisions regarding their treatment.
